So, last week I had a random boost loss issue in my 2002 WRX. Someone mentioned the MAF. Today, it cranked for about 2x as long as usual, then ran fine, so something is up. Since I drive this to work every day, I kinda need it to work good and stuff. Is there a way to test the MAF? On one of my cars, I can test the resistance between some pins on the MAF itself, and see if it's out of spec. Is there a way to do this for my car?
Are you getting any CEL? You can try resetting the ecu to see if boost is back. IAM has probably dropped
