as i suggested. do start with spark plugs. if that doesn't help. try swapping coil pack. if that doesn't help. may be injectors. if you don't want to have that swapped, i would suggest a leak down test. i wouldn't try to use a tune as a cover up over the issue until it's figured out.
My 03 will spit out a code like that from time to time. Lightweight flywheel is to blame, not an actual misfire. I bought a code reader and check it when I get it. If it just won't go away after a couple of weeks, then I guess I would become concerned. I changed plugs, moved coil packs around....still same code once in a while.
