I have an 02 WRX and am looking to get new rotors/pads all around. I've heard that the calipers were mixed and matched between 02 and 03 at the factory. I called Morries Subaru in Minnetonka and gave them my VIN and they said my production date is 04/2001. I am looking at buying the Brembo blanks and some PBR/Axxis ultimate pads from www.importrp.com but for the pads I dont see my production date listed. The earliest I see is 12/2001-6/2002 for front pads and 12/2001-9/2002 the last eight of my VIN is 2G506920 if that helps. You want the 12/01 - 06/02 In the SUBARU parts catalog the 09/00(jdm) to 06/02 were the same front pads. The 07/02 - up were a different set.
