'03 Outback wheel question, and "Hello"

Hi everyone. I am a pretty regular autocrosser, so I recognize a few of the screen names here from the MAC website.

Anyhow, my wife and I just bought a 2003 Legacy Outback wagon for a daily driver. I'd like some new wheels for it. However, most of the aftermarket wheels I've seen for it look far too aggressive to be an appropriate match to the "mommy" styling that the car has.

From what I gather, this thing has 16x6.5 wheels? Would life be so simple for me as to have this be the same bolt pattern, offset, etc as the Impreza 16" wheels? I imagine that these are easier to find than Legact/Outback wheels :?:

Does anyone know a good place to pick up OEM subaru wheels?

i believe that you are in luck and that all suabru from the early 90s to 04 share bolt patterns.

i know someone that has 05 legacy whels that might be loking to sell.

 

If you are new to the Subaru world, have you found Nasioc yet? If you don't find anything local there are often cheap OEM takoffs on the classifieds there.

Impreza wheels will fit. You can get some pretty cheap 02 WRX wheels etc. if you look around.

 

Zak, that's what I was hoping to find, and it's good to know they'll fit! I think the WRX wheels would look ok on there.
