05 non turbo legacy exhaust questons

What would be the best exhaust for my legacy. I would like to get the wonderful sound back that I got used to with my wrx.

looking for a full systems or headers back

 

UEL headers and a custom 2.25~2.5" magnaflow catback with a resonator in the midpipe.

 

Are there kits out there or will this be a piece together project?

 

You can get UEL headers on ebay pretty cheap for your car. You really need the UEL to get the boxer rumble, after that it's just a matter of getting a free flowing exhaust on there to open up the sound a bit. I'm not sure what's available for bolt-on catbacks for the legacy, but there should be some.

 

there is some but honestly if u have a friend that is good a welding the price u want you could prob make some cheaper. cheapest kit i saw with a breif search was close to 400 for headers and all

got a cold there nate??? Of course I am coming to you for custom exhaust if I go for it. Just doing some research to see if it is something I want to do since I will have this car for several years.
