Well... My car ran fine till I got lunch, then after heading out I noticed the turbo doesn't want to spool past 0.

It has vacuum, and appears to drive fine off boost.... But uhhh... No boost.
I'm not blowing smoke, or anything.

I havnt had a chance to pop the hood and check all the hoses super proper... But does anyone have any guesses?

no, it's usually a c-clip... unless the arm broke... then you either fix the arm or replace the actuator depending on how it broke.

sounds like you haven't looked at it yet?

It looks normal, can you move the actuator arm? It should not move freely unless it's broken. Good luck.

The answer to that question is yes. But it doesn't move super easily.

    How freely is freely? Lol.

Finally got the IC off today, all hoses look good, can't see anything hose wise that would be causing no spool. There was a a bit of oil in the turbo, but nothing that would or should freak me out. After I get all the hoses back on I figure I would see if it fell into some sort of limp mode without telling me. ((not sure if it's possible.. but anything is possible))
