06 wrx wagon not starting... s.O.S.

    After replacing the head gasket and getting the engine back in. It wants to start, but doesn't turn over. The latest is the check engine light blinks rapidly and the two cooling fans go on then off countinulessly. Iam about to go through and RE check the wire connections AGAIN.... Another possible idea is the tbe theft system needs to be reset.
    Any ideas?

    the blinking cel and and cycling fans most likely indicates your diagnostic connectors are plugged in.

    Even with the connectors connected it should still start. Fuel lines hooked up correctly? Timing belt installed correctly?

    Also when i hooked up a code reader it was saying something about the mass air flow and the N switch.... To many grounds. T belt yes. Fuel lines should be.....

    got it running, rough, high idle......BUT IT RUNS
