    It was lots of fun! The bacon chile truffles will happen again, no doubt.

    I now need to figure out what exactly to do with 15 lbs of bacon...

    BLTs for supper...













    every night













    for 2 weeks


    No really, BLTs tonight. The rest is destined for the freezer.

    Alright, just let me know and I guess this goes for anyone here really, if you need to get something from/to the Fargo area I can help, I go back and forth probably 2 times a month, and I am more than willing to bring parts with me :biggrin:
