I've decided with a lack of time and a decent working space to let my WRX go. It should be an easy fix and good deal for a better mechanic. Either give it a new life or get it running and make a few bucks. Has 192k miles and I was only driving it once in a while since winter. I owned it for about 6 years and only put 20k on it. I loved driving it, but don't need a car that often. I'll be getting all of the parts together and cleaning the interior in the next few days, just wanted to get this post up here.

    Pros
    - Ran great until recent issues
    - Always stock except a few minor upgrades
    - Currently on stock wheels with Nokian Hakkapeliitas, includes a set of white Sparco Assetto Garas with Continental DWS (one flat, needs replacement)
    - New clutch less than 10k ago
    - Timing belt/head gasket done 20k ago
    - SPT intake
    - Sti hood scoop painted to match
    - Grimmspeed hood struts and alternator cover
    - Sti door cards and mats plus Subaru winter mats and trunk mat
    - Clean title, tabs good til January 2020
    - Rare color for a wagon, I think they only made 500 of these

    Cons
    - Will require a tow to bring home
    - Electrical issue or maybe ignition switch? used to happen once in a while and i didn't worry about it, now more frequent. Power flickers on and off and it won't start. Try again later and it's fine. I left it sitting for 2 months this summer since I didn't need to drive it.
    - When inspecting this issue it started right up once but wouldn't shift into 1st or 2nd and grinds trying for reverse, maybe clutch cable or linkage? Had the clutch replaced last year and this never happened before.
    - Rear wheel arch rust
    - Interior is in decent shape but drivers seat seam is separating on the left hip bolster.
    - Maybe a con? I never cared - Alarm is disconnected, it went off for no reason so I took it out
    - Occasional CEL that I think was an exhaust leak, I forget the code P024-something, I'd just delete it.

Extra parts I never installed I'd rather include vs. selling individually
    - Mishimoto radiator and blue hoses
    - Megan 3" exhaust
    - Up and down pipes
    - steel skidplate
    - STI side trim (blue from my old WRX)
    - original hood scoop
    - Grimspeed gaskets for exhaust job (brand new)
    - extra grill honeycomb style
    - probably some odds and ends in the garage

Maybe I'm out of touch with pricing. It's been years since I sold my last one. I'd take $1500. Can't figure out how to edit the title of the post if anyone can help with that.

I want this for a project/winter daily, but have no room currently.

Unless you wanted to make a trade for an Aprilia scooter or something, I'm pretty sure the wife would actually castrate me.

My garage is the size of a small cave and that's where I charge my electric Fiat 500, so I'll have to pass on trades. If you want to risk castration or hide it somewhere, hit me up.
