Car was in a rear end accident. No airbag deployment. Battery checks good but there isn't a hint of any electrical working. No lights, no key ding with door open, no starter action turning the key or anything on the dash. Is there an immobilizer or something like that that needs to be reset?
I remember having that happen in an old ass mercury cougar and it ended up being an "inertia switch" that had to be toggled. No idea if that applies here...
I believe Ford products had that safety feature since they started using electric fuel pumps. I don't remember seeing any mention of this in our 2002 or 2005 Subaru manuals.
Much less brutal out there today (the car is parked in the middle of a meadow.) Appears to be a totally dead battery, put the charger on it and it says totally charged. About 3 volts though says the multimeter. Look for a part out soon, including engine that just had a head job and 5 speed manual with new clutch.
