You will need to do a relocation of your fuel pump to use both boxes in 2004-2007 models the passanger side will work on all models tho. Now that we have gotten further along in the prosess and perfected it were looking for serious interest in us making you some for your Subie. ill get more pictures up of the final product most likly tomarrow. just got some bondo to finish sanding and then paint.

    Let me know Thanks,
    Robby

Why in the world would you need to relocate fuel pump stuff?

For the right price id be interested. I've been trying to get one of these for a while for the passenger side of my bugeye.

I was getting one of these made by another member earlier in the year untill he screwed me over and backed out after countless hours of letting him use my car for moulds.

where are you located subaru or die? i just got back from getting the paint(subaru blue), they will be done tonight if you want to take a look at them or even do a test fit. i wont need your car for molds as i already popped my molds from my buggeye, and will be taking molds of my boxes so all i have to do is use that from now on, so i dont have to barrow and stink up everyones vehicle. after doing this set, i can see why they are so spendy.. lots of work and supplies get costly, especially if you are sloppy, as my first one was(we junked it). now that i have purchased a few tools and know what i am doing i can make the job go a lot faster, ild love to sell a few and make a few dollars back. i also lots of spots that i can improve and bust them out a lot faster, as these last few weeks were quite the learning experience.
as of right now, i have spent around 300 dollars on wood, fiberglass matte, cloth, resin, bondo, sandpaper, gloves, paint brushes, primer, paint, clear coat. not to mention over 200 on tools. if there is enough demand we can cut these prices by buying wholsale stuff online. the whole reason i started this was because i didnt want to shell out 350 bucks per box(which is rediculous in my opinion.) from online distributers and it ended up costing about the same.. lol. if i were to guestimate. i could cut costs to 100 per box. the problem is they took SOOO MUCH MORE WORK than i had originally thought.. like WAY MORE. next ones will obviously be easier now that i know what im doing. might take me a week to do one just because i am SO busy. ild like to see 2-250 per box depending on what i can cut costs and build time to
in response to the fuel pump, i was told that newer model subies have their fuel pump mounted in the very back right corner of the trunk. i did see a picture, must have been after market mounted, my mistake.
