bump. would also consider a wagon of some sort for partial trade (i'd prefer to trade down to a less $ car)
$10,500 and i keep the scoop, stereo and waste gate actuator i'm planning to be to the Cities this weekend and can have the car available if there's serious interest
yup. dyno is 200hp to the wheels, figure 265 at the crank, compared to that model having 227 stock at the crank. would go WAY over 300hp with a bigger turbo. FREAKING AMAZING in the snow... but i've got 2 other cars and if i'm going to convince my wife to sell her mazda and buy a forester i need to sell my wrx :emo:
I know you say you'd consider a trade for a car that would be less money, but I don't really know your definition of "less" Would you consider a 2000 Cadillac Eldorado with 120K on the clock? I'm currently looking at another WRX and may have a buyer for my car, but the lady hasn't called me back yet and I'm not sure now if she will...So if that falls through, I may be interested in yours if you might want to do a partial trade. Thanks!
Thanks for the offer, but I actually would like a different Subaru. Wagon style - Outback or possibly a Forester.
more pictures are located here http://nate.dingostick.com/images/vehicles/02WRX/ Please let me know if there's anything specific you'd like to see. Unless I can convince my wife to sell her Mazda i need a less $$ Forester/Outback plus cash or just cash
$10,500 will consider trades of firearms, motorcycles, or a subaru wagon, but need cash as the majority of the trade
i didn't read the entire thread... but a couple of questions what power does it make any mechanical or electrical issues that need to be addressed? what kinda mpg? interested in trade of my 06 gsxr 600 + 3000 cash? any warranty on the build parts? winter tires or street tires? thanks Aj
It puts 200 WHP (to the wheels), so it's estimated to put 260-270 BHP (to the crank) compared with a stock 2.0L that puts out approx 221BHP (or estimated 160WHP or 160 HP to the crank). The AC recently went out. I'm attempting to get it into a shop and have it looked at. Here in Wisconsin we're not allowed to do our own AC work, you have to be licensed. Thanks, but I'll have to pass on the GSXR. I need the money more then a nice bike. I'm pretty sure the warranty has expired on the parts. It's been 18 months and 20k miles since the build. The good news is there is no problem so it shows the build was done right and well. MPG is usually 20-23 mpg. Maybe more, I'll have to check my log book. I keep records anytime I do any maintenance or fill it with fuel. Always put high octane in, rarely if ever use ethanol blended fuel. Always top tier stations. The tires are Firestone FireHawk GTs. Per tirerack.com "The Firehawk GT w/UNI-T is Firestone's High Performance All-Season tire developed for sporty performance sedans and coupes. The Firehawk GT is designed to allow drivers to feel the freedom of the road by blending long treadwear and responsive handling with dependable traction on dry and wet roads, as well as in light snow." I've personally driven the car through one and a half winters here in Wisconsin and the car sticks to the road like glue. I took my wife to work last December during a bad storm and I was able to zip around other cars stuck in the snow like I was on a snowmobile. Just need to sell because we need the $$
ok, thanks for the info... i need to get rid of the bike, figured this could be an option. good luck selling!!! Aj
Hey, I have a buddy in need of a good running wrx. Still for sale i presume? Also what is the current price at now? Thanks. Colin.
still for sale. i'd like $9500. Currently the AC doesn't blow cold (think it's a simple leak), I'll take $9250 until I get the AC fixed.
$8500 JGT500 is kind of loud and you can hear it coming from a ways off, but i think it sounds outstanding
not really looking for trades. may consider a bike or subie wagon but need the cash. will consider offers. will also consider removing some of the accessories to drop the price. i.e. CF scoop, radio, etc...
