2002 WRX WRB $6,000 OBO

    Much of this is copied from josh (tangledupinblu) who I bought the car from this past fall.
    2002 WRB WRX built May 15th 2001
    -I am the 3rd owner Josh was the 2nd.
    This car is mechanically sound with no leaks no CEL etc it's a turn key car. Mechanically the car is stock.
    -5spd trans rebuilt by Wray Motors in Buffalo MN. at 143,000. New clutch and resurfaced flywheel.
    -The motor that is in it is from a 2003 WRX 2.0L with approximately 145k on it. Had it cleaned up and the heads redone. Valves relashed also. Timing belt done when this was put in a couple months ago. All work done from Jesse at JM. Dash reads 151xxx miles.
    -Tuned by Devin.
    -TD04 turbo has minimal shaft play and I recently had new gaskets and oil inlet kit.
    -Walboro 255 fuel pump.
    New Mishimoto radiator put in a couple of months ago.
    -nearly the whole front end is new underneath. New bushings, tie rods, control arms(replaced under safety recall), subframe is brand new.
    -stock WRX struts with Tein lowering springs
    -STi foglight covers.
    -STi spoiler.
    -Stock gold WRX rims with winter tires that are very close to worn out.
    -Brand new 18" Drag rims with brand new Hankook ventus v2 tires costed $1000.
    -Chassis has about 235k on it. There is some rust on the body on the rear quarters and roof.
    -Front bumper was sprayed with Grimspeed WRB actually looks pretty good.
    -Leather wrx seats
    -All weather floor mats.
    -Titanium STI shift knob.

    The car was in a flood in 2011 but does have a CLEAN title. Josh bought the car back, gutted it, redid everything, and put it back together. Everything has worked flawlessly since he fixed it(all electrics work great, no gremlins!).
    Only reason for selling is because I am getting a 2011 STI. This car has performed flawlessly for me since I have owned it thanks to how well Josh maintained it. The body has its flaws but mechanically it is sound and ready for thousands more miles.
    $6,000 with both sets of wheels OBO.

    Everything that he stated is accurate. JMA did the motor and Metro did the head work. Runs flawlessly!

    If whoever buys this is interested in a wingless trunk, i'd be willing to swap! ;)

    GLWS David! I know rhe STi that you're trying to get into and it is an awesome hatch!!

    This is a great deal! This car has been thoroughly gone through front to back. It has been serviced it's whole life by Hua Garage, Mike Wray, RS Motors, Morries Minnetonka, and JMA.

    Great "turn key" car for someone looking for a good DD and weekend fun car! Wish that I could just buy it back! :(
