2004 STI Partout

Parting out a black 2004 STi.

Has 83,656 miles. Motor runs great, except an exhaust leak in the bent header. Compression is even across the board.

Timing cover removed to verify timing and inspect timing components - no damage present. NOT parting out motor.

Was in a front end collision, but runs and drives; however the frame is bent pretty decently.

No airbag deployment.

I am open to offers, but be reasonable; please, save us both the time.

Drive line and all supporting components are spoken for. Wheels and Tires, front seats, gauge cluster, steering rack and steering wheel spoken for.


Cold STi Start up - has leaking exhaust header so sounds rough. Idles great though. I will leave this hooked up for a while if anyone wants to come see it run.



Oil Pressure reading - at idle is normal!

Chassis wiring, is that everything else but the engine harness?
Edit: saw the bulk harness listing. So ignore the question.

 

Sorry Ron; I meant to clarify that for you. bulkhead wiring is from the engine bay to the dash. Chassis wiring from the dash to the rear of the car.

 

For all those interested the Defi gauges are an older style D series - they are analog gauges. Pictures posted.

I will respond to PM's shortly.

 

Sti seats you only have the rear? Or do your have front two seats as well?

 

Front seats are not available; but I do know someone who has some for sale...

Don't quote me, but I believe it will bolt into a WRX... anyone have one hooked up in their 02-03 chassis? Sorry, I don't actually drive a WRX or STi, so I'm not 100% sure.

Yep, doing a full 6spd swap into the forester.

If you are interested in the Brembos give me a shout; they would look boss on your XT!

Just calipers for 1k or is it carriers and rotors as well?

 

Unless I am mistaken Brembo's do not have carriers as they bolt directly to the spindles. IF you mean spindles, no, those are not included.

Included with the Brembo's are the rotors (need to be turned to clean them up), the brake lines, and I have a used set of OEM pads I can send along too.
