Cool, he payed CLEAN ASS sti money for a wrx with a 35r with an old transmission. Ruined. Ruined. It sucks. It sucks. It sucks.
Oooh...he called us bitches. There was nothing wrong with that car when it was sold, you need to learn to shut up when you don't know what you're talking about. The only things that I got out of your post is that you know 3 people who don't know how to drive a manual transmission, you suck at spelling and you like to talk when you should be shutting up. Bitch.
Yeah. Really. I'm pretty sure the 02-03 WRX transmissions are what earned the title "glass tranny" for all WRXs to follow.
Easy guys... I talked him up a grand or two and bought this beast for the low low of 18,500... I figured I would swap in my ticking 2.5i with 250,000 miles on it (this way I know the transmittion hold the power)... Replace the interior with J's 1984 GL seats and carpet... Replace the trunk with a WRB one and a STi wing... Soon to be back up for sale ... I think 25k is a good starting point... Anyone interested???
Apparently this car is back up for sale. I'll start the bidding war. I'll offer a back massage, first gen bitcoin mining rig, and 16,000 Dogecoins http://dogecoin.com/
I just noticed that, not sure how I missed it the first time. Oh yeah, it's because I was trying to read what you'd typed with your face. How many times did you geniuses launch the car? Sounds like you guys could screw up a wet dream.
I was thinking, I could buy this thing, drill out the rivets holding the VIN plate on, then swap the VIN over to an early 80's Justy. Dip the whole car in salt water and chlorine, then let it sit for a year. After the year has passed, I can have a bunch of dingbats do hard launches on it till it blows every moving part. Then I'll sell it off for 7 figures and retire.
I found some stuff for sale on the forums. I figured the braintrust that bought this atrocity for 17K would be interested in these similarly amazing deals: http://www.mnsubaru.com/threads/awesome-stuff-l-k.45448/
