Out of my price range and on the high end of the market :( (not saying it's not worth it)

I'd jump on this in a ****ing heartbeat otherwise.

This has twice the miles of my 2005 sedan, so if it has been in Minnesota its whole life the rust is there somewhere. I just found my first rust...inside bottom edge of the rear doors, bubbling out from under the seam sealer (front doors show no signs yet) - very hard to spot as the weatherstripping hangs really low on the rear doors.

I dare you to find rust on this one. Cleanest wagon I've ever seen. Im super anal about rust and this wagon is washed every couple days and waxed regularly.

Common points seem to be the rear quarters (if you pull off the plastic panels underneath), bottom of the rear doors, inside the gas cap, and the inner wheel arch on the rear.

How much has this been driven in the winter?

No rust under or on the inside any of the doors or rear hatch or the gas cap. Or the inner arch of wheel wells. No joke! I know all the spots to check and believe me, the price reflects the condition. Come check it out for yourself... and yes it has been driven in winter but the previous owner and myself were very meticulous about maintenance and keeping the car clean. I have a holiday wash pass so i can wash it all day if i want haha.
