Hey everyone, I figured I'd get this posted up sooner than later and let the MN guys have first crack at these parts. I will be parting out a 2005 STi with only 44k miles on it. It was in a roll so the drivetrain is fine in terms of not being hit at all. Video of start up: Complete STi Engine: Complete EJ257 Sti longblock w/ accessories VF39 turbo STi TMIC Exhaust manifold Uppipe $3800 picked up SOLD Engine Extras engine crossmember $100 ECU/BIU/Immobilizer components $350 complete car wiring harness with sensors/dccd module $300 Drive By Wire gas pedal $50 Fuel Pump Controller $40 Complete STi Transmission Swap: STi 6mt transmission w/ DCCD Shift linkage clutch flywheel R180 Rear diff (3.9) driveshaft rear axles tranny crossmember clutch master cylinder clutch slave cylinder DCCD control unit DCCD switches $4000 picked up SOLD STi front axles (2 sets) $150 per set STi Gold Brembos Front calipers w/ lines rear calipers w/ lines front rotors(5x114) rear rotors(5x114) $1100 picked up SOLD Sti Interior Front seats rear seats door cards carpet center console w/ shifter surround $1000 picked up Sti Gauge cluster $300 SOLD 5x114 Wheel conversion: Suspension $400 Hubs/knuckles $250 Steering rack $250 Passenger Air Bag $150 Stock Downpipe $100 Stock cat back exhaust $150 Brake Master Cylinder $100 SOLD Compass Mirror $60 GFB BOV $75 SOLD There are only a few other odds and ends parts that I will have I'm sure, all the body panels are bad except for the driver door(it is a black car). If you don't see something you can ask but for the most part I listed all the "good" items. I will get more photos as I pull things off in a few weeks and update the thread but I wanted to just get this out there. As of right now I am NOT splitting up the transmission, engine or brake packages. I am open to reasonable offers, please do not low ball me and waste both of our time. Cash or paypal accepted, if paying with paypal then add the 3.2% fee(yes it went up). If you want to reserve one of the bigger items that will require a down payment, otherwise people can post interest and I can give you right to first refusal. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Thanks! Ben
Let me know a reasonable price on the carpet, I might be interested. GLWS, this is a swapper's dream.
This would make a great donor for those looking to do a complete STi swap. Id love to have the exhaust on my GC but after buying it from you, I would have no money left over to put it on until I can save up again.
Sorry, meant catback is $150, updated first post. I'll let people know if I decide to break stuff up but I want to keep it all together right now. Feel free to ask questions. thanks Ben
gauge cluster include the three center gauges? if so, interested in just the center gauges (if you had those)
I do have the shift knob but it will be part of the tranny swap. I have an 04 STi knob if you really need one but it's not the same as the 05-07 that you probably want. I have no idea what you are asking, it is the main gauge cluster, with tach, speedo, fuel gauge, temp gauge etc that you stare at while driving. there are not fogs on STi's and if there were they likely would not be ok haha. Thanks Ben
sorry bud I meant the three little gauges in the center of the dash, between the driver's and passenger's side.
Unfortunately the top little tab on the radiator busted which cracked the top end tank. It actually may have, it has Cobb front and rear sway bars believe it or not but I'll have to assess the condition once I pull them off and I will post them up if they are good. thanks Ben
I do have it, there is someone possibly interested in the engine/trans swap so I will ask them first if they want it before I part it out. replied to your PM. Thanks Ben
Erik, This is not my Legacy I'm parting this is an actual STi I have that was rolled over. The Legacy is still in progress, been stuck at about 95% for 6 months, still can't figure out why my gauges don't illuminate. It runs and drives, just can't drive at night haha. I may need to order a brand new integrated unit from you soon depending on what I figure out or just desperately want to eliminate as a potential issue haha. Ben
Added video of the engine running. Note that it is running on MAP in that video, hence the high idle. The camera really picks up high frequencies but it runs totally fine, no smoking or odd noise, I checked timing before running and it is perfect. Also, cranked it over multiple times with fuel pump relay unplugged to build up oil pressure before starting it. Thanks Ben
All parts are back available, friend needed to use the money for an investment so he put his swap plans on hold for now. Ben
I can sell you the brake and clutch setup, I am selling the DBW pedal with the engine swap. Thanks Ben
