Parting out my 2006 STI.
185XXX miles on chassis
130XXX on motor
Paint code is 48w

All aftermarket engine parts and wheels/tires have less than 500 miles on them. All aftermarket suspension has <1500 miles on them.

Really clean car exterior for almost 200k miles. I hate to ask the reason for the part out...accident? Seems if the motor grenaded you would fix it.

 

Car starting sputtering and misfiring codes popped up after coming back home from the June C&C and I just lost any motivation to look into the problem. I rarely had time to drive it anyways so definitely don't have time to fix it. After owning the car for over 7 years, I've come to terms with the fact that I'm fine with parting it out. I'm too busy with my kids and doing dad stuff so working on cars is far down the list.

Also, part out has already begun so anyone asking for the whole car, don't.

 

Seats are good, but are pending. Door cards are good, but the driver's door card has markings from elbow wear. I can take a closer look when I get home.

Damn it looked nice all together! Sucks you had to part it out.

 

It does, since I made the car how I envisioned it. But only drove it around 10 times in the last few years so detaching from the car wasn't too hard. Plus, the extra garage space sounds really nice

I've parted it down to the point where i just want to sell whats left as a whole. Here's what's left that I'm selling together-

For $3800, you'll get the complete 6-speed drive train (transmission, drive shaft, diffs, axles, hubs, rotors), wiring harnesses, interior bits, BC Racing coilovers, Eibach adjustable F/R 25mm sway bars, all of the suspension bits, longblock, and shell. If certain parts aren't listed here, they're not included in the $3800 price (i.e. Brembos).
