I am heading up saturday morning with a bunch of people for the day. Should be about 5 cars for ice fun. Are you limiting track use until timing? when can we start driving on the ice?
we have about 7 cones we could bring along too .. i just gotta clean them up a bit. No, *I* didn't acquire them, they were given by a friend.
I just got done plowing again, We have been having alot of wind here so every day it gets blown over. The snow banks are getting nice and big Im trying to make the corners wide as possible but the snow is getting hard to push. I burned a whole tank of gas today just trying to open it back up. I also made a 2nd course infront of the resort so people can practice Friday. its nowhere as nice as the 2nd course but it will do. Its around 3/4 miles long. Im going to block off the opening of the main course and only use it Saturday so it doesnt get ruined before we race. It looks like its the best course and softest snow out of any race we have had.

Very nice. I'm so excited for this ice race! Big soft snow banks sounds great. Can't wait to get my car stuck in them :-D Im way to excited to wait for this i wanna go up there now! EDIT: Rich can i live w/ you for a week? haha
Well correction...8 c0neZ! Also, there are like 4 or 5 "Caution:Wet Floor" fold up yellow signs that I can bring if you think they will work as cone stand-ins. 3 Moar Days!

I have ~6 cones that I am going to bring up. I will try and be there bright and early on saturday, I havent had much chance to practice this winter so I will be whoring up the practice course.
its been a crazy week at work...havent even had a chance to play with it. fuji is coming over during the day tomorrow to hopefully get it figured out.
hay, should I make start/ finish banners this time? 4' tall by 2' wide??? two of them. (one for each side.)
I can't wait, if I don't get work off on Saturday I'm just not gonna show up. 8-7 is rough enough for week days, I would think they will give it up, I told them I'll have everything done for Saturday on done Friday so I cannot miss this.
Its going to be a great time. I don't have any cones but im bringing spray paint to paint cones everywhere = D !!!! Knowing the ice races are this weekend has made this week of work long. I'm like a little kid waiting for christmas!
We have 7 cones I think. I'll have to mark them as t3hw00t cones, but they will work. Only problem is, I have a full car. A full set of tires and two dogs to pack isn't going to make much in the way of room for cones. Any friday night travellers want to carry cones for me? I need a freakin roof rack.
