2008 ice race #2

I have done the coffee can thing before, if I wasnt to warm up tomorrow I would.

yes It would be a larger track than last years 2nd race

 

big tracks are alot of fun. the 2nd ice race last year had a GREAT track. even bigger would be nuts.

would it be possible to integrate a high speed bend into the track? maybe like a 30* angle or so. that would be fun to slide through.

 

damn weather. I want to come so bad.... but oh wells.

 

I will let you know this weekend on how the course will be, im going to be doing some plowing

 

odds i good ill be there (cant break the streak), but i gota feel out my semester a little more first to commit.

I just plowed the course, its a little over a mile long. It has lots of gradual corners and 1 long corner.

I was out practicing last night I could use 3rd gear on most of the track, hopefully it stays as nice as it is for the race.

I just got off the course--it's huge with lots of nice corners and a few nice straight stretches. It turned out REALLY nice!
I quickly made a little map so you get an idea of where & how the course is--it's not exact corner by corner but you get the idea.
