Is there any cabin space left?

I'm a rookie here... If possible, i'd like to stop by for a couple days, meet everybody and try my hand on the ice...

So I just found out that Chris Orrs, 2006 Ice Racing Champion in Germany has gotten cold feet and has been able to get David Hobbs, yes the man who hosts F1 on Speedtv. http://www.speedtv.com/speed/bio/134/ Will be our guest speaker. So I am checking with Rich and if possible I'll have to hook up with you guys on the second round. I dont want to miss out on this opportunity.

I don't care too much about having an actual bed, just piece of floor in an actual bedroom would be enough.

 

Yeah, that's kinda how I am, you can have the bed if you want though, that way I don't feel like I have to go to a specific place to pass out. So it's yours if you like

Ice report? Damn I gotta get my skidplate ordered.

 

I will go out after I eat lunch and check, but last week there was 13 inches.

 

Well I guess there is little to worry about then. I feel much better having that much ice this early. Heres hoping to 15-17 by the time we get there.

 

I didnt measure the ice but I had the 2500 chevy plow truck out there. We got around a foot of snow today, so the snow banks are going to be high this year

not yet, im going to wait untill after new years so it doesnt get ruined.

 

i would wait as late as possible so the snowbanks done get hard again like the first year.

Arg i so wanna go! Sadly i will not know if i could get off work for it till a week before the event. Any room for a tent w/ a heater there?

 

im going to wait until the tuesday before the race to plow, unless we get more snow and I will have to plow earlier or else I wont be able to push it all.
