If I'm free I'm down. My best 60 foot of the day with no LC was a 1.7x... I just can't hit it every time. I'd rather practice manual launching since I launch in autocross too... also once I start, I can see myself overusing that feature and breaking some things I don't want to break :laugh:
My 60 ft were all 1.8 except for 2 runs 1.9. Trap speed was 99.97 and 13.5 for 1/4. Could have done better but can't expect too much outta of stg 1
I'll be stage 2+ by then. I'm down if weather is nice. Yeah, you definitely don't wanna pull a Fuji stunt
Chat with Pha earlier...His 60' were terrible for stage 2. He was getting 2.0 but I don't know how he manage to run 13.2
Our second race he had a 1.95 or so. He tree'd me and he cut a 60ft a few hundreths faster. I trapped ~4 mph higher so I was playing catch up at the end. I hope my tips help him out bc I think he can get a high 12 out of that car (take some weight out, work on shift points, work on launch, hope for a cold and dry day).
The big guns haven't gone to the track yet. I think I still hold the record from last year at 13.117 forgot my trap speed. If I got my 60 ft down I would have been in the high 12's! I miss my subby.
you guys will have to let me know when you're going again. Is anyone interested in having a group of subaru's at "show & go" at BIR on June 27-29?
Hey if any one wants to go saturday I will be out with the tcstang guys. Saturday is test and tune. I think we will head out at 7 am. Do some grilling and BSing.
