Ninjaplease!+1 We are IN! This year we should actually be able to partake because the missus is finally of age. Counting down the days til the shenanigans and Buzzard Billy's!
Im pretty sure the Kwik Trip and SA in Zumbrota have it as well. The train never actually makes it to Rochester.
gotta check the rallyamerica schedule, but if nothings on that weekend, I'll likely be in. one car, no idea on a +1 or not. See if a lady friend wants to join me. Most likely camping.
I'm interested in going hopefully I get that weekend off. I'm also located in Rochester and wondering if u guys just meet up with the crew in zumbrota or drive all the way to the cities to meet up?
well, looks like no rally that weekend, so I'll likely be there. Will know for sure as we get closer.
The Crotchester group usually cruise together from Rochester and meet up with us at hwy 52 and hwy 60 east.
i'm in, maybe the wifey and the kidlet pksublime + lil' miss 2002.5 +1 (not camping unless i'm without the wife and kid, maybe the hotel if with them)
I know it's still early, but the sooner people can get the money in the better! There are a lot of up front costs that need to be covered still!
Might be adding another subie, just waiting to her back from my brother if wants to go I will get my money in as soon as I get everything lined up and final count (reaching out to see how many more I can get )
Cruise BUMP!! We currently have around 33 cars and 53 people signed up for the 2012 cruise and i KNOW that there are going to be moar than that this year! Let's DO IT BIGGER this year!!! I would personally like to see a 5 mile stretch of Subies on the highway opposed to the 2 mile stretch in the past years. Let's make it happen, get signed up today!! Paypal and payment options are in the 2nd post on the first page.
The sooner the better, but we try to have everything squared away by mid-May. Also total cost is $35 w/out campsite... Are you camping? you have to make reservations with the site if you are.
When you say we need to reserve a site, are we not doing it like last year? Also any idea how much camping is? Pay per tent not per person right?
Who would I pay if I go to the Tuesday meets? Also won't be camping. This is still gonna happen rain or shine, right? Any Fishing spots near by down there?
Me... I am Dean/ Subie Lovers... yes rain or shine there is a big shelter that we park the cars under... as for fishing, I am sure there is just not sure on how much time would be available for said fun.
PLEASE submit payments as soon as you can! I've been on the phone with Rooster Andy's Catering and it looks to be that we are a go for the 9th with them! We will need to have a REALLY good idea as to how many are coming and unfortunately, just signing up doesn't give me an idea because of handraisers. But having received your payments is a sure sign as to how many will be there! Thanks!!! Fishing: You can fish off of the dock right next to the shelter and you would have plenty off time to drop some lines if you'd like. We have the shelter from 10:30am-7pm. Camping: We will be doing it the same as last year. Cost is approximately $18/site. It is not by person, it's by tent. I will need to contact them soon to give them a "ballpark" on how many sites, and then an update call the week before. **This event IS RAIN or SHINE!! We can park nearly 100 Subarus under the shelter so that we can have them on display with the hoods open and windows down. It's one of the biggest reasons that i originally went with Copeland Parks Oktoberfest pavillion. And i'm happy to say, out of 5 years, we've only had one year with thunderstorms! (knock on Sheen's head ).**
