already signed up weather don't bother me much, sound like alot of fun sliding around in four wheel drift
I'd love to sign up for the April 21st event but I'm afraid I can't make that date ... so can I still come to summer one in August?
Sweet. How far in advance should I look into signing up to get a professional like yourself to get in with me and my Subaru? Thanks!
jk ... just realized my good buddy is getting married on that day If you don't mind please let me know (pm me) when the next series of events gets scheduled? Otherwise I'll just have to keep my eye out
You could just put it into your calender. Our registration usually opens a few months prior to the event. We have lots of experienced Instructors with various backgrounds. If you'd like to work with me just add me name upon your registration. Thanks
Alright I just checked our registration and we're currently up to 30 now, we have a capacity of 32 students total. I've taken off all the winter gear off the car, very excited to test out the new DD in Super Sport mode. I wanna see how LFB does with this car at a technical track on April 21.
Update: Registration for April 21 has been currently suspended as we are getting closer to our limit. Looks like I've got one victim; I meant one loyal student for this event. I don't recognize the names so if you've registered feel free to chime in so we can have ourselves a party. There will be a Gymkhana show during the lunch hour and after 3:30pm.
I'm not the victim or loyal student as you put it. If so might be kinda lonely but either way I can't wait.
LOL I'm was talking about a peer of mine who has been waiting for this event since we came back from our National training event back in Feb. You and I will have a blast and no one will ever know
Missed it but asked to be put on the waiting list. My new summers are being ordered but I'll most likely end up doing the event on all seasons if I make it. No worries, I'll have my PSS by BIR.
Howdy old timer, it would be nice to see back at DCTC. By the way we're planning on shooting a movie so bring your best Subaru gear to the event.
This is by far one of the funnest events I've had in a very long time. Thanks for coming out and spending the day on the track with us...real drivers don't shy away from rain, right lol
Thanks again for entrusting your awesome cars to me for a great cause. So how do you feel about your cars now? How do you feel about your driving today? And your current setup?
Here's a post with some of the photos: http://mnsubaru.com/threads/nf-crew-at-dctc-for-bmw-club-event.39072/ Thank you Chong for letting us out there and showing me a thing or two along the way
looks like you guys really got after it out there...wish I could have gone! I'm definitely going to need to hit up some events later this year!
We had the whole track to ourselves by 2 O'clock with a minivan who magically appears at the last corner ruining our shot. We had a train of three Subaru's and one Mitsu sandwiched in the middle, I wonder who can up with that crazy idea lol. At that point we were playing follow the leader. Some had success on pavement and some ate dirt. All in all no body got hurt and everyone had a blast especially Chelsy who lost her lunch eventually after taking to many rides on the roller coaster.
Thanks Chong for everything. The event turned out awesome. And a sick one And thanks for letting me be Ken Block for a few minutes with the evo
Well I couldn't have done it any better, you have the right skill set for the job. Thanks for introducing her to rally. And no she's not ready for round two lol
see you on the 11th hope others come if not a good friend of mine should be there to track for the first time should be interesting
I wish I was going... but it looks like my membership is only good for my BIR trip in June (race account is zero ). I want to make it out to DCTC next summer with the club for sure.
Two more weeks left before the fun starts. I'm still on the fence if I wanna test run my new RA1's at this event. This is gonna be a great deal of fun event!
I will see you both in the morning should be a great day to be at the track. a little rain like before would be fun though
Mr. Tran I really appreciate you and Tia spending your day with us and volunteering your time on the track. I look forward to see you both on the track next time. It was really nice to finally meet you in person. Thanks again!
I have a good feeling mr. Buddy and I are going to be buddies for a long time after yesterday's event. You were awesome, very timid at first but that's expected. Once I figured out how to unleash the inner S.Leob it was game on. You are in my own words "A Changed Man." I won't ruin your thunder so I'll leave it up to you to share your story. Kudo's!
