change me till about 4pm, i have drill that weekend so i will be sneaking out there after drill!

 

I won't be able to come. Work switched me to night shift a month sooner then they originally planned

It happens I actually do some work in Austin at Hormel/QPP a few times a week, I didn't think subaru was even in their vocabulary down there.

 

Yea we have 4 wrxs 02 to 04 that I see and the late night cut scale guy has one that he's got rebuilt I guess at hormel

 

Alrighty, it's time to start getting your cars in tip top shape for the dyno. Get your fluids topped off, tighten what needs to be tight, tire pressure etc. Remember this is a great chance to come meet and hang out with your fellow subaru enthuisiasts. We will have mnsubaru lanyards ($5) available to pick up and will be taking payments for the group buy on the new POLO shirts ($25) too.

Yep, Ron said they will be there early cleaning and setting up so 10ish would be fine if people wanna get there early.

 

I'm OUT! Bought a clutch from a local member. RS installed it and found that the flywheel is warped and the discs are in rough shape. SO, I'm out... (of a lot of things).

ummm with a 20g your range would be in between 330whp-350whp depending on other supporting mods u got is my guess.

 

When it was on the mustang over at awdtuning.com they had it a bit above that range, but you know how each dyno is different. It would be nice to compare it against the local norm. But it doesn't really matter...it's a lot of fun to drive. :biggrin:

 

So what really makes it so much fun to drive compared to your other wagon?

Totally different cars. I dig both. More torque in this one. Both are a blast!!!

 

I Hope the potential for crappy weather doesn't scare anyone away. Ron is making room in the shop so we can hang out and stay dry. I'll stop somewhere and get a couple boxes of donuts on my way for the workers and early birds. Toss a chair in the trunk if you don't wanna stand around all day. Other than that I guess make sure if you are gonna dyno, make sure your car is in good working order when you get here. Oh and top HP/Tq gets to give me a ride as their prize.

Anyone have any last second thoughts, questions or ideas for making this day go over great?

 

I'll be heading down early from Blaine, not sure of the plans though.

 

I'll get there a little early to see if I can help out with anything. How about a prize for the lowest HP/TQ?
