Thanks Ron! ^ I'll print this of and figure out how to build from here in the future. I've had a blast driving my car with this new power, it was really worth the money.

RS Motors Did a great job, I recomend them to anyone who wants to have a fun and reliable subaru.

Special thanks to Ron & Lee

Is the boost taper a function of turbo size or some other reason? I always figured a 20G would hold more to redline.

Yeah, it will. My small 18g (TD05 7cm) tapers to 16 PSI at 7k. The 20g would certainly hold more boost at redline, but from what I've seen, Ron is usually pretty conservative with boost, especially on DD's.

Fair enough. I guess I'm a bit spoiled at holding 23 psi at redline (injector limited) all day on pump gas. That will probably change with heads that actually flow, though. We'll see what happens...

Fun and conservative with around 300hp was all I wanted... for now. Thats what I asked for and the powerband is smooth from 4 to 6500. I'll need to have different internals, Pistons & and other stuff to go past 300whp.

Yup, that is exactly what you have. Piston life depends more in the amount of knock your car sees (or doesn't), not necessarily peak HP. Regardless, the stockers are certainly good past 300 WHP, but the more you push them, the higher chance they will fail (just like the transmission, clutch, and other parts of the drivetrain).
