3rd Land O' Lakes RallyCross event for 2008

i have an extra set of snows (possibly two extra sets) that I am willing to loan you josh but you have to promise not to beat me

 

if i get my 3rd tire set-up you can have your pick of the the w300's or w404's. otherwise you can use the w300's

 

For the right amount of money paid to the appropriate person, there is always a chance :biggrin:

 

If 15" Steelies fit Dan's car...I have just the ticket: Two skinny-assed snow tires to throw on the rear and two junky tires to throw on the front. He'll be plowing through acres of cones. I'll even help with the swap...I am sure his tires will be perfect for the sundance!

 

Nope, 15's won't fit on his car, unfortunately.

And, uh, they don't fit on my car either, so uh, you don't even have to waste any time trying. Just to let ya know... :ugh:

Something could be worked out. Does someone need to make a distraction to keep a certain 2.5rs driver busy for a while?

If we paint them red we can get them on Joel's car and he'll never be the wiser. 15's will fit Joel's car nicely.

 

depends on if my parts come in and they get installed. even if they do, I still kinda need a set as I was planning on driving down on the other set in case I do something dumb...

I was actually considering writing the book RallyCross Timing and Scoring For Idiots but Brent informed me that it would technically be a self-help book. I may not be qualified.

Hmm. Actually I'd be interested in reading that book. I started to write some software for doing timing for our ice "races" in the winter and I thought it might be possible to write some software and do rallyx timing on a laptop. It would be possible to update the results in realtime then. Although, then there'd have to be power to run the laptop...

Anyway, this is what I had for the ice races, but I haven't really finished it yet.

Where can I find results for the Tax Brake Rallyx.

 

The Rally-MN yahoo group is where they are posted. I'm going to try to get them on the SCCA-LoL site this weekend.

I will have a power inverter at the rallycross to plug into. As long as you batt. doesn't start out flat, it will power your laptop quite easily.
