Yang right about stock struts are garbage with these. These are Japanese Imports R-rated. You must use Hi quality Adjustable struts not the mass marketed American Agx's (what a joke) Kyb's GR2 are better quality than those and they make 6 diffrent versions of the GR2 in Japan and the GR2's work well with this spring.

If your are going to style these springs use quality shocks. Subaru buddies dont let Subaru buddies drive "RICE MOBILES" please leave that to the Honda crowd (Tee-Hee!) :D

Some other great (non adjustable and adjustable)struts that work with these springs are:

    1)KYB GR2
    2)SACHS/Boge
    3)GAB
4)Bilstein (only avalible in japan :(! Grey Version)
5)www.kgm.co.jp/ japanese site but I love their suspension!

Yes I do know my suspension technology!

John16V They do go on without any modification and they drop the car about 28.2mm

    Email me with any questions.

P.S. orginal price for the springs $400 with shipping.

It is a step up but not a big one. Using GR2 would be better for this combo. The stock strut dampening rate is not as high as the GR2's or as strong. Gr2 are effective and cheap upgrade to your car. If you want to negotiate on price email me
