    I think the government ought to keep it all and pay down the debt or something useful...my .02 anyway.

    They don't have the money to do that. They are creating more debt to pay all of this out.

    The last time we actually had a surplus, it was under that horrible Clinton regime. :p

    Good point...its borrowed anyway. than my new idea is to scrap the whole stimulus plan...election years suck the common sense right out of politicians.

    I said I don't see....never said it was. Thanks for correcting me but there's no need to be a douchebag. I'm pretty well versed as to whats going on in the markets but I'm more involved in the insurance/investment side, not the mortgage side. Now I know.
