My 97 OBS randomly lost the power windows and heat. Any troubleshooting ideas?

What do you mean "lost heat." Do the fans blow cold or not at all? Definitely start with fuses.

There is heat when once you get to about 50 mph, but the heat does not blow just enough to defrost the front window. I already checked the fuses.

Still a vague description. Does any air blow when parked? If your feeling heat at speed, but not when parked or goin slow, it sounds like a blower motor/or switch failure.

No air blows when going slow or parked. How would one check to see if it was a blower motor or switch failure? And what else could i tell you all to be more articulate ?

Just that. The fact you have no air when going slow or parked, but feel some when moving let's us know the blower motor isn't working properly. Next thing I would do is obtain a manual and check the wiring diagram for the blower motor. Not sure if there is a relay on the circuit or not. Check to see if your getting voltage at the fan, at the switch. Unless you know what your looking for, a wiring diagram is a must have.
The weird thing is the windows stopped working too. I wouldn't think they'd be on the same circuit.

Sure seems ironic that the blower motor and the power windows quit working at the same time. Sure sounds like a fuse to me. I wouldn't think that those two items would be in the same circuit but who knows.
