I'd just like to point out that the economy and livelihoods of most americans is and are not dependent on lemonade. You know, just in case you guys missed the part about where the gas companies are holding most of the service industries by the balls. They can literally control the prices in all other markets within the U.S. Anything that needs to be moved by a vehicle will rise in price. One industry needs to take their hands out of the american cookie jar and accept that they will still make billions without price gouging.
does it suck YES.. but man we are way cheaper then a lot fo countries.. even Australia has more expensive prices.. they are like $1.20AU per litre or liter for the yanks.... which menas like $5.50+ per gallon.... which is about $4.50 US per gallon... people people people STOP WHINING!!! if it hurts you too much then DONT drive as much.. ride with others.... whatever...
with a full load about 8 asians @ 4'10 and about 10 bags of 50lb rice in my WRX with the rear tires rubbing on a perfect day...I'd get hmmmm...13-15 MPG..w/o load maybe 20 mpg going Downhill...just maybe
it is in the bodyshop with the front bumper off...I guess it is considered "topless" If it is on jackstands with no load I should spin those tires like I already have a 40R with no lag...haha
Well, it does say Texas Super Unleaded. Could be prices in TX for super unleaded? One could only assume. Because I to remember paying what you remember around the same time in central MN.
lol everyone failed at this. I work at a gas station and we made $1000 bucks more than usual on gas alone both shifts, so we made $2000 more than usual for the day. Guess everyone thought it was the day TO buy gas.
Well, I dont mean to bash on prices. Honestly they arent impacting me that much. I'm DD'ing my bike right now, and I've been averaging about 180-200 miles per tank. Its a 4.2 gal tank, the gas light goes off when .7 of the tank is left, so every fill up I'm putting in 3.5 gallons. I'm spending around $10 a fillup and I do it twice a week. It sucks when it gets real cold at night, and when we get a bit of rain, but when I'm saving $60+ a week, its worth it.
