A new upgrade.

The bar was 250 shipped. Got a good deal on it. Plus the lights were 90 shipped. Will have to post likely part with my middle lip, but that fine.
I even forgot to put it in my calendar. I was too busy today anyway. since 9am till 6pm i was doing breaks. First on my friends cougar and then my car. On both i changed rotors and pads in the front.

Chet tried to do the right thing. We all just finished filling up on gas and laughing hysterically and then headed off to Skyline drive.

Yeah I don't remember who was in the store with me (drives a maroon bugeye), but I asked what should we do and she said she had no idea and told us to just leave.

Funny thing i just had to take my gold rims off, cause apparently there is a 90% chance it will snow tomorrow. :-/

Meh, its okay. doesn't really do it for me either.

 

i guess it would look better with the lights. I had to mod the brackets because they would not fit with my lip.

 

Adding lights would be a good idea. Subaru's don't look very good with a push-bar.

 

Would there be an issue with police if there are objects obstructing (w/ lights attached) the view of the front license plate? For example, if you were driving behind an Officer, and they wanted to run your plates, but they can't see the digits... It looks good , but just a thought.

 

The front plate cannot be obstructed. Looks like the push-bar is an off-road only mod.

 

I will add the lights tonight. They only fit at the top of the bar thought.

Trucks and SUVs have those bars on them and drive on the street.

 

They usually don't block the front plate on larger vehicles.

 

re-mount the plate on the actual bar.

 

Yeah i might do that. I still don't know if i like the look of this thing.

what doesn't look right to me is you have a nice lip etc.. that bar doesnt look like it suits it... but oh wells...

 

yeah that's what I thought. Might take it off for summer and put it back on for winter time.
