Gee, Nate you are a little defensive there. I do know a bit about politics cause i dont have a blanket over my eyes. And i never said that russia does not invade other countries. Russia has been in a war with Chechnja for the past 10 or so years trying to take over it. And i fully condemn what russia did in Georgia btw.

Back to tire pressure. Where can i get those sensors then and how much are they.

I was being a smartass as usual.. you know me...

through a dealer pretty much... make sure the person knows what they are doing... ie installing them 180 degrees from the valve etc...

$$ will depend if they are valve type or clamped on rim type.. either way you will be looking at somewhere in the $400 to $700 (all 4) range with a guess as I usually deal with Ford stuff and we all know Fords suck and are cheap... ha ha

reach under dash... remove that particular bulb...

or find someone who has some other stock rims for sale and buy them with the sensors, then sell the rims ;) although you probably will still have to re-train the sensors either way

go ask the firestone on main street in hopkins. I know they can do the tire pressure sensor stuff for the real hummers not the h2's and that system acutally maintains tire pressure. I am guessing they can help you out.

No worse than before. I would lower it but don't want to sacrifice conmfort with lowering springs.

Man, rims look good after your paint job. Kinda jealous I missed em now. They might've looked sweet on my impreza with a silver paint job.

Not that I could suggest or condone something illegal, but I would guess that if you keep an eye on your tire pressure and don't do a ridiculous job of avoiding that pressure light that you'll be fine (though I, unfortunately don't know how, sorry). Of course, doesn't sound like you'll be able to get a shop to do it. Maybe someone can personally help you, though it seems many are into flaming you here. :(

    Best of luck, Taras.

you may find a shop that can do it... but hacking into the ecu for other stuff related other then tuning often takes dealer specific equipment and then you are SOL...

Go to that Firestone in Hopkins like Bill suggested.. teh guy there (not sure if still there) that is covered in Tatts and loves VW's.. talk to him.. he knows his crap...
