Another who needs a job thread.

Anyone looking for a part time gig with opportunities to grow down the line. Lunds and Byerlys Edina 50th is hiring for all departments. Meat, bakery, deli, front end. Great company to work for. This is a union grocery store. 28 hours a week, pay depends on experience. Would be good for extra holiday cash or after school. I put my 2 weeks in at work, so I'll be needing another job. Do you have any idea if they'll increase the amount of hours? I worked 30-45/week at my old job, and I liked it.

 

It's union so I would doubt it. There is a modified part time position that can work up to 38 hours a week but they don't usually hire those. I am in a different union so I can't speak for hours but I believe they only hire 28 hours or less.

 

Meat packing openings?

Does Lunds have a fudge department? I am also interesting in a packing position and it sounds like the meat department will be well taken care of by those two fools ^

 

Nhibbs, you know your way around fudge too well to focus on meat anyway.
