Ok, I put on my rt-615s last night, and maybe I was tired, but what direction are they supposed to rotate? I could not find an arrow indicating rotational direction, only the "outside" mark on the tire, that's kind of obvious on the rim. Seems to me I have 4 tires with tread in the same direction. Are they a directional tire or not?

    They are more like bi-directional.

They like to go forward. The traction in reverse is awful.

Does this mean it doesn't matter what side of the car they go on? They can rotate in reverse relative to the side they were on? If they were on the drivers side last fall, and now are on the passengers side they would be rotating in reverse.

They have an inside and outside as long as the outside is on the outside (which they all should be) your good to go.

No, they're not directional. You'll be fine.
