Like the title says, the DCCD cursor on our 06 STI keeps blinking. Any one know anything about this? When you look at the STI'S gauge cluster where the DCCD thing is at the setting is always set at the bottom or to the rear settings, and it just stays there blinking. It somewhat seems to also affect the handling of the car a little bit when taking hard turns. Any input on this would be great! Thanks.

when its blinking i belive it means the dccd is in a fail state there for making the center diff act open transfering most of the power to the rear. Check fuses and connectons at the tranny to make sure everything is good. This is also why you would think the cars handling is effected because essentially when the dccd is in a fail state it is a rwd car.

I had mine go into fail mode once. I checked all the fuses that I thought might have anything to do with the transmission, and they were all good. After wasting a bunch of time looking elsewhere, I came back to the fusebox under the hood and found a blown fuse. I forget which one it was, but I never would have guessed it would be the problem. So learn from my mistake and just check ALL of them ;)

I have the same problem too. but mine only does that on a cold start. After driving for about 10 mins. or so I turn off the engine and start it'll go back to auto and the
flashing stops. Any idea whats going on, I did check the fuses and none is blown. I had a guy saying it my be my G-sensor but where is that located? any help will be much apreciated.
