Good afternoon all, it has been a while since I have posted since the Subaru hit the back burner after an injury at BIR. I finally got it pulled apart and found a broken cylinder #4 ring land. Luckily there is no cylinder scoring and everything else is looking good. I will be tearing down the case halves over the weekend to inspect for damage, boil it and get ready for reassembly. Just wondering what everyones take on pistons is. It seems like everyone runs Wiseco or CP's and I need to make a decision on what to buy. I am also planning on doing new bearings, cleaning up the heads and potentially doing some cams as well. Getting excited to get my little beast back on the road! I will try to post some pics later when I have them in from of me.
