hmmm.....the whole kit exists?? someone on ultimate subaru said they got the last one in the US...and since I've got virtually new valve cover seals on my seized motor, maybe I'll get them seperately

hmmm.....let me get the engine apart, and I'll see what I need/want, and I'll call

MNAutomatic: The trim kit is p/n J1310FE120 and your cost is 164.00 + tax. I'd have to order it in, I could have one on Monday/Tuesday. The DIN Cover is 66128SA040 and your cost is 20.20. I'd have to order that as well. I'll have to look into a dual cupholder, I haven't seen anything that would fit.

Ok....let me know what you find with the cup holder deal. I am pretty sure its a JDM option if that makes a difference at all. If you can't find it let me know what a single cup holder costs as well as a rear one. Thanks

That dual cup holder is not a JDM option because I seen it, the holder came standard with the 01-02's forrester. And since the interior is the same for impreza and forrester it should fit.

I saw the part once at bloomingtion subaru.

    thx,

The last one I don't have the part number for but is the rear defrost assembly
(my bulb burn out, I just need the bulb, but I was told you can replace just the bulb you have
to get the whole defrost assembly)

    sorry for the confusion.

Justin: I'll send out the bolt, I'll stop in on Monday to ship it out. Otherwise, I could probably even meet you over in St. Paul since I'm going to be running around the cities that day. Let me know what you'd prefer.

MNAutomatic: That is the number for the dual cupholder. I'll look up the rear here in a bit, I can't remember if there is a cupholder that fits in the rear of an 02 Impreza.

Sorry John, I should've put the part descriptions in there. The first are dash light bulbs (IIRC), the second is the rear defrost switch and the third is a bulb. I think the other part you were looking for is an 83426AA020, it's a bulb and your cost would be 5.84. I'd need to order that one as well. Thanks!

    to buy the whole switch!!!!

    thx

I'll have to double check...I was guessing on the part number. I'll make sure it is before I order it, I know Tommy was talking to me about the same thing and I couldn't find one listed. Let me do some searching in the parts catalog and also over on Scoobymods. I'll shoot you a PM on Monday or Tuesday to let you know. Thanks!

If I had to guess, I'd say the STI one would be the gasket to go with. I know a bunch of guys on Nasioc have done the swap, you could also check Scoobymods. I'll look around when I get a second and see what I can find. Thanks!
