Car bogs and cel fleshes

    Like the title says my car had just started bogging out at the higher rpm range when you step on it and then the cel starts blinking and eventually goes away when driving normally again. The car: MY 02 WRX; Mods: up pipe, turbo back with stage 2 flash; Mileage 156,XXX miles. Other then that everything else is all stock, and before I forget It's not a over boost thing either because the car is only boosting 7 lbs which is the second problem. Any clues?

    ^^^ Wow thanks MR. Tran I'll change the plugs and see what happens, bought them but forgot to install the new plugs, thanks for reminding me on that I had forgotten all about the plugs. I'm not sure when they were change last but I'll give this a change and see if it helps.
