i ran up to the driver side before to ask if everyone was okay.. He said he was going to pull off but then he didnt. That wasn't my first concern. -_-
I still hate seeing cars blow up or get in accidents - it happens to the best of us and happens so fast. Glad to see that everyone was ok and you were at least on a closed course.
I don't think I'd have the nerve to drive a halfway decent car in Russia. Do they even have insurance there? If so, I don't want to know what the rates look like.
Yes, they have insurance. Haven't you seen all the dash cam insurance scam videos? Everyone tries to intentionally jump in front of cars and such. That is why everyone has a dash cam.
Yeah, I wasn't sure if it was insurance though. That's the sort of thing that makes me wonder how things are setup.
That's kind of what I figured. If you have a nice car and you drive it "russian style" there's got to be a pretty good chance you'll just buy another. That's where all that Arab drift bull**** comes from too. Everything is disposable, so who cares.
Remember that "STi trying to keep up with a Ferrari" video that I posted? I have a sequel that I need to post that involves a GT3 and yours truly

Here are a couple from my first Autocross Nationals event. We get 3 runs on one course the first day and 3 runs on the second course the second day. Fastest combined time wins. I didn't win.
This is more slideshow than video, but this was very cool! They ended up 33 out of 81 entrants in raw time at the autocross on Sunday!
