CEL came on over the weekend, sitting through the rain over the weekend. after trying to disconnect&reconnect battery, CEL didn't go out. diagnosed it and shows heat o2 sensor. where is this located? and how do i correct it? probable cause, bad connection, wet, loose? please help. thanks

hell, $150 or so for a sensor, it shouldn't be that much problem with that cel on right? you planning on doing that, since yours on too? i think i'll wait awhile till next week to order, maybe the denso too. if you get done before me, let me know if your cel went out.

well my mechanic tells me it wont hurt anything to drive with the o2 sensor CEL on for a while, and i am planning on doing mine, but i dont really have the spare cash right now (blew it on a new exhaust), so i have a feeling you will be doing it before me.

i also am positive that if you replace it, the CEL will go off and all will be well again.

haha we'll see, moving this whole weekend, short on cash too, stillwater huh? i'm always that way fishing, next to that biker bar, boat pier. every so weekend you'll see a black wrx park there, if it's not too busy, which is every weekend, but especially when there's a parade or event.
