oh for sure, its all about what you are in the mood for....and i think the scent plays a HUGE role too, i know when it doesnt smell as delectible i am not as interested, but when i am loving the smells its putting out my mind starts wandering more and thats when i create things i really enjoy.

one thing nice about cooking...u can screw up and still make it turn out great, subsitute ingredients if needed or add to it and make it better...Baking on the other hand, if u mess up...u start from SCRATCH

I'm not much of a baker in the sense of pastries, i do like pizza, potatoes, etc. I rock the grill, stove top, and toaster oven generally.

IMO- I don't consider pizza and potatoes really baking even though it does go into the oven...I'd still consider that cooking in a way or just heating up...

I guess when I say baking, i meant more like breads, pastries, desserts, etc. My hands are a bit on the rougher side...Don't have the patient nor delicate hands for it...lol

i'd say bakers have a normal sleep pattern. Its us weirdos who are up til 4am on a car forum bantering about randomness that have fubared sleep times.

Also, try using the juice from a jar of garlic stuffed olives. makes damn good marinade with a little pepper.

I'm not a big fan of olives, but have used the juices in those jars, or should I say barrels, lol...If I were to use garlic definately nothing beats fresh peeled garlic...Those garlic minced in jars are crap...gives off a bitter and awful after taste. Could be the preservatives they added

No, I unfortunately didn't have time to make a sauce so its Paul Newman's brand. I would've made a sauce, but didn't start this until 10:30-11pm and was too hungry. Just wanted it made.
