Clark will be tuning May 5th and 6th in Minnesota at LSE Performance. Clark will be flying from Arizona before the tune. It will be a 2 day event depending on the amount of people that need to be tuned. A minimum of 10 people are required to have this tune happen. That shouldn't be a problem from the response I read in the first thread Pricing is as follows: $150 per hour for Clark tuning $140 per person Dyno time $50 trip charge for airfare and hotel stay (If 10 people sign up, If there are less people the trip charge will be more. This is estimating airfare at $300 and Hotel $100 per night.) Total for 1 hour: $340 Total for 2 hours: $490 On average it takes 1 hour per map made depending on the setup. The more extravagant the setup the longer it may take. Open source ECU and PowerFC takes longer to tune. If you want 2 maps (ie race gas and pump gas) plan on 2 hours. Clark will also be road tuning for those of you afraid of dyno #s and that will be done before 10am or in the evening after the dyno closes. Clark can tune Cobb AccessPort ProTuner or StreetTuner, ECUTEC, Open Source ECU, TurboXS UTEC, Hydra, PowerFC, AEM, basically you name it he has tuned with it. Clark also tunes all makes and models of cars so if you have any Evo friends who need tuned or any thing else Clark can tune them too. A $100 non-refundable deposit will be required before you are scheduled and you will need send payment by April 20th to [email protected]. Please send deposits ASAP so we can get the tickets ordered. In the case that you are unable to make the tune your deposit will go towards travel, hotel, and renting the dyno. *Special note and suggestions: Make sure you have new spark plugs, no boost leaks, and that your software works. If you are not 100% sure your car and electronics work properly you are just wasting your money. If Clark tunes your car and something that is wrong with your car and Clark cannot tune your car you will still be required to pay 50% Please bring anything you may possibly need for your car including stock parts just in case you need them. If people want to do road tunes then we can do more than 10 people. Clark will be flying in Friday evening. Basically for road tuning Clark screws in his wideband if you dont alredy have one and you do a few freeway pulls and then Clark tunes the car while you do a few WOT pulls. I'm terrified of speeding so I only have Clark tune my 100 map on the freeway and I make my boyfriend drive but you know....its an option. Just dont kill Clark okay...LOL
For those dyno tuning: MN Subaru has the dyno rented for those days for the times. If the tuner is fast, we are more than willing to strap people on for power pulls after road tuning, or squeezing in extra tunes. I live in Vegas. It wouldnt be worth it to fly there. I just get everything setup for Clark and he calls me if he needs someone worked into the schedule or if he has questions but nope sorry Minnesota is too far away and cold for me.

It's a thought, but I don't have much time. The cams are the biggest holdup right now, along with the gearset. The gearset isn't necessary for break in, but it would be nice to do that now if I could.

Josh Thoma is MCJT. And I know I'm on the backup list, but I am planning on putting in a deposit on this. Is there a possibility that Clark could make up a break-in/get-me-on-the-road map for my AP?
Don't you know somebody with a halfway similar setup that you can steal from? The map from Justin's old mutant engine would probably be a close enough starting point.
