Once I get Clark paid off, and start knocking down this Discover card bill, I'm going to pick up a Fuel Pressure and Oil Pressure gauge, and the LC-1. I can't think of any other gauges I'm missing at that point. Possibly oil or coolant temp
Petis's car felt pretty good when we zoomed around in it today. That big (well, medium-size) turbo hand-of-god-on-your-back thing is pretty cool. It's a good thing he has those big brakes.
The LC-1 is a breeze to wire in. When I was using my wideband I wired the LC-1 right into the ECu as the front 02 sensor worked amazingly well. Made me real happy I got teh LC-1/XD-01
I have the zeitronix wideband and I love it. If you get it though I would wait until they get their new gauge because I tested out their prototype at SEMA and it was sweet. www.zeitronix.com
The CAMP has an input for wideband, so no need to buy a gauge. The LC-1 is cheap and does the job well.
Thanks a million Clark! My car runs great and pulls nice! Sorry I couldn't hang out longer I needed to sleep(1/2 hour of sleep saturday nite fixing my dtec was getting to my head + exhaust fumes). Also sorry to Clark and the rest of the group for taking a little time Sunday morning cuz of my Dtec wiring. One little wire can make a BIG difference.
My car pullls like a ****d ape, ON PUMP GAS! My race gas map is pure insanity @ 31psi :eek3: Time for a stiffer wastegate spring and ill be adding a few other things then time for another tune + more powa  Clark FTMFW!
Yes it does. I couldn't even watch the boost gauge on pump gas. All I could do was laugh and look at my shoes
Me 2. Jason, I totally understand your situation (so did Clark), but the other individual...well that was just shady.
Yeah, I got almost to my house and realized that I had a wad of cash in my pocket still. But if I had tried to drive back up there I would have fallen asleep at the wheel. I'm glad you guys are cool with it, because I felt like a supreme jackass.
Argg. I'll get the charts up tonight in a seperate folder for people. Just cause I love all of ya . If anyone doesn't want their plate or name on a dyno chart, feel free to pm me and I will pull it down and make the corrections needed.
Me thinks you got better numbers than last year, make a trip over to RS and compare sheets. We can go together because I plan to do that as well.
O I know I did, thus the sunglass smiley. You and I should roll over one nite to RS and do two or three pulls over there. I'll bet I'm really close if not higher than the 400tq I wanted. My car seems to be a little more laggy not hitting full boost until 4k instead of 3800 last year, but man does it punch you now when the boost hits.
...but isn't your full boost target higher now, Pete? If you want to see that magical 400 number, roll on down to RS. It will be close I would imagine.
Jason said roughly 11% difference between dynos. That puts me at 405ish :yumyum: I'm only about 3 miles away or so from RS. I'll get down there one of these days once I have some money again. Maybe Ron would give Erik and I a couple freebie runs considering we used LSE for the tune...lolz
Get your fuel fixed dude and then you can get the rest of the way tuned. The rest of us can just dyno.
