Tbones bought Clarks old WRX...lol
Damn, I really wish I coulda gotten in on this. Oh, well. Next time.
Once I get Clark paid off, and start knocking down this Discover card bill, I'm going to pick up a Fuel Pressure and Oil Pressure gauge, and the LC-1. I can't think of any other gauges I'm missing at that point. Possibly oil or coolant temp
Petis's car felt pretty good when we zoomed around in it today. That big (well, medium-size) turbo hand-of-god-on-your-back thing is pretty cool. It's a good thing he has those big brakes.
The LC-1 is a breeze to wire in. When I was using my wideband I wired the LC-1 right into the ECu as the front 02 sensor worked amazingly well. Made me real happy I got teh LC-1/XD-01
I have the zeitronix wideband and I love it. If you get it though I would wait until they get their new gauge because I tested out their prototype at SEMA and it was sweet.
oooooh! How many duckets are they looking to get for the gauge. I have a zt-2...
I have no clue. I will let you know when I get mine. Maybe they will let me do a group buy.
The CAMP has an input for wideband, so no need to buy a gauge. The LC-1 is cheap and does the job well.
Thanks a million Clark! My car runs great and pulls nice! Sorry I couldn't hang out longer I needed to sleep(1/2 hour of sleep saturday nite fixing my dtec was getting to my head + exhaust fumes). Also sorry to Clark and the rest of the group for taking a little time Sunday morning cuz of my Dtec wiring. One little wire can make a BIG difference.
My car pullls like a ****d ape, ON PUMP GAS! My race gas map is pure insanity @ 31psi :eek3: Time for a stiffer wastegate spring and ill be adding a few other things then time for another tune + more powa  Clark FTMFW!
Yes it does. I couldn't even watch the boost gauge on pump gas. All I could do was laugh and look at my shoes
Jason, I totally understand your situation (so did Clark), but the other individual...well that was just shady.
Yeah, I got almost to my house and realized that I had a wad of cash in my pocket still. But if I had tried to drive back up there I would have fallen asleep at the wheel. I'm glad you guys are cool with it, because I felt like a supreme jackass.
My scanner isn't available at this time, if someone wants to scan my sheets they can.
use your damn cameras people
omg you so smart
You should stop by today and hang out with us Tom.
did you guys forget how to use the pm feature??
Yeah, my house.
I'll get the charts up tonight in a seperate folder for people.
Just cause I love all of ya .
If anyone doesn't want their plate or name on a dyno chart, feel free to pm me and I will pull it down and make the corrections needed.
Ill be posting up the pictures and video's tonight as well....
^^ oooh goody i want to see what you guys have!
I think I made 352hp and 365ish tq
That's pretty freaking sweet, Petis. I wanna ride now to check things out.
What did you make on pump gas, Pete?
305 methinks. I got my same numbers last year only on the different dyno plus some extra torque
Me thinks you got better numbers than last year, make a trip over to RS and compare sheets. We can go together because I plan to do that as well.
You plan on doing a pull or two or just looking at old sheets?
I plan to hit every awd dyno in MN to do a comparison.
O I know I did, thus the sunglass smiley. You and I should roll over one nite to RS and do two or three pulls over there. I'll bet I'm really close if not higher than the 400tq I wanted. My car seems to be a little more laggy not hitting full boost until 4k instead of 3800 last year, but man does it punch you now when the boost hits.
...but isn't your full boost target higher now, Pete?
If you want to see that magical 400 number, roll on down to RS. It will be close I would imagine.
Jason said roughly 11% difference between dynos. That puts me at 405ish :yumyum: I'm only about 3 miles away or so from RS. I'll get down there one of these days once I have some money again. Maybe Ron would give Erik and I a couple freebie runs considering we used LSE for the tune...lolz
hmmm....RS dyno day anyone?
Oh, and you *******s didn't think to invite me along? That feels nice.
They are STi snobs.
Why dyno a busted car?? oooohhh snapz :eek3: :ugh: :eek4:
Get your fuel fixed dude and then you can get the rest of the way tuned. The rest of us can just dyno.
I might come out for this. I would be very curious to see what the cars do down there.
Here is teh chart, too bad the baseline run flaked out.
