Cleaning MAF

    Car has 80k all stock. Air filter is getting replaced and wondered if the MAF had ever been cleaned. I have read a thread on Nasioc but am still unsure what portion(s) of the sensor I should be cleaning. Anyone have pics or videos?

    spray inside the tube, invert, repeat, then let dry.

    There is a thread on here. Look in the diy section.i believe it says to clean the wire on the side.

    There's a tiny little wire down inside the tube. That's what you want to get clean. But try not to blast MAF cleaner directly at it so that you damage the wire...
