According to the service documents I need to have a gap of 120 degrees or greater between the "0" marks on the flywheel and clutch cover (p. plate)

Any input is appreciated! hoping to get this engine in tonight.

Disregard that note because whether you are using a stock or aftermarket clutch+flywheel, the pressure plate and flywheel only fit together at a 120 deg clock position. It shouldn't fit any other way. All you really have to be aware of is if you have a new or different flywheel, be sure to put the alignment dowels (pins) in the same place as they were in your old flywheel. Most aftermarket flywheels won't allow you to screw this up because they aren't countersunk for anything other than 120 deg clocking.

Thanks, Dan! I see now how this makes sense as the dowels are already in place.

    Cheers!
