**CNlight HID GB again**

it is a 1999 c43 amg, yeah. it is a c class so far as listings should be concerned (although it has some specific parts and some e class type parts).

 

how much are just bulbs from you? i may go that route as well for another project. do they have the same warranty if purchased that way?

1999 C43 uses H1 size foglights.

Bulbs (single beam) are 60 bucks a pair and they would also have the same warranty.

I make a large bulk order and it takes about a week for everything to get processed, packaged and sent.

Is anyone interested in a H1 Single beam 6000k kit? It will work for some aftermarket projector headlights, or maybe you use these guys stock.

If it's H1, then yes.

 

H1 is 04-05 low beams, not sure what else it is used for. Newb how much for the kit? dibs if reasonable.

what happens if you put hid's in the piaa 520 smr fogs we just put on the wrx... they are obviously meant to be tinted, but can we get more light by using a 4300k kit or whatever?

Do you have pictures of that fog lamp?

If it's tinted, it would make sense that if you're putting a more powerful light source in, that the light output should be stronger. It the tint is removable (is it a film or what), you might just want to get some 3000k bulbs (yellow).

I don't know if the fog is tinted or fluted, because if it's fluted, you want to keep it fluted.

I was told the end of this week but now they're saying they haven't seen my wire transfer yet and it might not ship until Tuesday next week.

Tomorrow, I'm going to check w/ the bank and see if there were any delays with the wire but there isn't much more I can do on this end except to keep hounding them to check their account to see if the order comes in.

I really really apologize for this delay. I will continue to update you guys with future updates.

They said they couldn't check.

I checked w/ Wells Fargo last friday and everything looked good on their end so the money is sitting somewhere in China and some person isn't doing their job and getting the money into the correct account.

The manufacturer will check tonight. If they don't, I will initiate a track on my end and find out exactly who is screwing up.

 

UPDATE: After spending 2 hours on the phone w/ the Bank in China, I have confirmed that the money arrived last night (their time), so the money should be in their account right now.

The banking system there is pretty complicated. The money first arrives to the bank branch. And then it has to go to a subbranch. I don't know what the delay was, but I guess some kind of beaurcratic BS.

I apologize for the delay, I'll get these kits out to you ASAP. They should get to my place in about 3-5 days.

 

Update Deux: Kits have been shipped.

Edit: Oh, and the H1 kit is no longer for sale. The guy who wanted to sell his kit now doesn't want to.
