Coated Brembos, what do you think?

    I like it, nice bright color. But no clear coat? I had a custom o2 housing done there. Very flat color. Held up very nicely, but it was not shiny.

    I was a little supprised by the "satin" finish, I expected something like the smooth extreme sterling on my exhaust, maybe it will grow on me?

    I'm afraid the brake dust will stick in the porous finish. Might be hard to clean. You may want to consider a clear coat on them.

    I was thinking that as well, the good thing is that from what I can tell there are not many things that will harm this coating, so I think I can use some pretty aggressive cleaners, I'm not sure what I could put on them that would hold up as well as the Jet hot should. I have powdercoated calipers before and it seemed that they would get embedded particles that were impossible to clean

    I wonder how thick the coating is. Maybe a 1500/2000 grit wet sand to smooth/polish it out?
