Come to Superior, and enjoy a microbrew and a tasty pizza at the Thirsty Pagan. Also, stumble home to my house. Thats right, a microbrew within walking distance.
VIP is where it's at, son. You should know this. What I would give for a Howdy Pizon right now. I have fond memories of eating free peanuts at hte Capri while waiting for my VIP.
No one has mentioned Luce? The one downtown is particularity good. Especially when I used to drink downtown and needed a little food before getting into the car.
The best part about VIP, is that they keep a record of the last thing you ordered. All I have to tell them is my phone number, and they ask "same thing as last time?" and it BAM I get a delicious large SAUSAGE and mushroom sent to me.
Luce is decent. Kinda spendy, but decent. The one is Duluth is where all the hippies hang out so I avoided that place.
Yeah, the hippies, when they aren't getting coffee at Red mug or spewing anti-military garbage down at Amazing grace they can be found stinking up Luce. At least you can avoid them like the noid.
I used to live in Superior.. is that right on the main road into town there? I can't imagine where else it would be... although I didn't care to do much exploring on my side of the bridge. Oh, and Dominoes is the puke.
Thats a tough call. Pizza hut has a buffet also beer, dominoes does not. Also, no scruffy nerf herders.
Here in Roch Bilotti's I think has the best pizza in town. For the chain type restaurants I think Little Ceaser's takes the cake here locally. Pizza Hut is acceptable to me, but Dominos just looks cheap to begin with and tastes accordingly. -Steve
Aren't those the ones that caused a big salmonella or something issue last summer because people thought they could put them in the microwave?
i'm not a dominoes hater, but i thought the vid was funny... heck i'd give 'the strawberries n cream milk shake dessert pizza' a try! Little Caesars is worlds better. You are trying to compare apples and oranges. Dominoes pizza sells subpar crap for $15 bucks a pizza, or you can buy 3 little crappy pizzas for $15...either way, one large one topping LC pizza is 5 bucks. All day. Every day. If I'm paying 5 dollars for a large pizza, it has to do two things.... 1) Taste better than the 3.00 pizzas from the frozen section. 2) Be larger than the 3.00 pizzas from teh frozen section. Little Caesars does this, and it does this at a 2.00 premium...which isn't bad if you consider that it probably takes you just as long to cook a frozen pizza as it does to just go pick it up already made from Little Caesars. And you don't have to clean the pans when you're done. Dominoes on the otherhand makes pizza for 15 dollars that I can get from DiGiorno for about 7 bucks. Sorry, DiGiorno tastes better, drips less greasy death. Now, DiGiorno and Dominoes both have TV commercials that make me want to viciously murder anyone involved in their production...but I can look past DiGiorno because they only charge me 7 bucks for the pizza.
The CG Rocco's is good stuff. A buddy of mine runs that place. I should hit him up for a mnsubaru discount.
Hahaha, we are knee deep into that place. There are a couple businesses around here that know me by name. Roccos is one of them. We get discounts there without coupons at this point. Also, that liquor store up off of keats/woodbury dr and 70th, yeah, they want t3hw00t hoodies. We did a rough calculation and last year we spend over 1000 dollars there in Jagermeister alone.
