yeah the lines will work fine with e85. all you would need to do is tune for it. you would get numbers close to a 111 octane tune
cool, thanks. I have to drive 90 miles for race fuel, and I can get e85 local. Hopefully my 1000cc injectors will handle it. I heard you need big injectors for e85
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=803341&pp=25 I'm no tuner by any means, so take my advice with a dump truck full of salt, but from what I've read, and I've read alot... You need to run about 20-30% more e-85 compared to straight petrol. So as long as you're 1000cc injectors are only running 70% duty, you're probably good to go. Tuning for it MAY be as simple as scaling down you're injectors (tell the ecu you are running 700's for example) and monitering a/f ideally.
i would do bigger ones. im going to be running two sets of 1600cc to make sure i can run e98 or e100. map can get you a good price on a set if you talk to them
Ohh nothing I plan on using them this spring, you just seem to use them alot they must be pretty good then.
was about to ask you what welder you had... then read the post while editing it...ha ha ha how much you pick that up for??? I need to figure out our budget for the workshop!!! also to save me going through all the posts again.. where do you get your piping hookup.. I know you mentioned it before...
There has actually been some really good deals on CL for dynasty 200 units.I thing one went for $1800 with torch and pedal.
looks like 1000cc injectors will only be good for a little over 350whp I think I might just stick with race fuel
rich, i got a set of 1600 for $400. you can sell your 1000cc for that? and 400 is about how much a couple of tanks of race fuel would cost...
Is that an A1000? You think that pump will be enough? I heard those things are not that good after 700hp on a forced induction motor?
Hahahaha, I was thinking moods/attitudes! But if it was spelled differently... And now that I read it again...that IS gross! LOL!:bowrofl:
get this beast rolling and go dominate at this... http://www.mnsubaru.com/forums/showthread.php?t=23331
Hmmmm. 12.8 liters of fuel per minute. You sure thats enough? lol You're gonna have to charge $20 for rides.
